Previously named Automated Integration with headquarters in Dallas, Texas we decided to adopt the name of our Total Service Software as our new business name going forward. The decision to change names from Automated Integration to Total Service, was one that we didn’t take lightly, and better aligns our goals, new ownership and business strategy.
This rebrand is part of a larger strategy that brings Total Services' 30 years of industry experience to the foreground while our new identity - designed by award winning branding firm Lazaris - reinforces their staying power & commitment to providing customers with best-in-class SaaS experiences across service industries like HVAC, Elevators & beyond.
